Group Co-operation

So, for somewhat of an update, IBC is going.... OK... Just OK.

You have 20 guys, that all get together doing what they each individually think is best. I'm sure if nothing else, this will give me good practice for dealing with similar issues in the real world.

I find it nearly impossible to come to a consensus in large groups. That's why there's gotta be one leader that makes the final decision. A "buck stops here" kind of guy. I imagine your teachers want someone to stand out, but that's not always easy with 20 equally footed people vying for it.

Good luck!

technically we have a CEO, but he is a pretty "nice guy" and tries to let everyone have what they want. Unfortunately there are about 5 other people who think that they are the CEO. They can be pretty loud, even if everyone else disagree's with them, so a lot of times they get what they want.

Ha, nice picture! Luckily real world "groups" can be dumber than college groups!

I know that feeling, when coming out of a meeting of "Wow, I think things are now worse than when we started!"
